Halloween

How many times can one go trick-or-treating in one week. Well for us it was 3 times. The kids had fun each time. On Saturday Oct. 25 we went to St. Paul with some of our friends. We did Halloween activities on Grand Ave. We went Trick-or-Tricking to all the shops, decorate cookies and did some crafts.
Thursday was our annual primary Halloween party. The kids loved all the games. Eli didn't really like trick-o-treating to the doors cuz the kids were crowding him and pushing around. He Said, "I just want daddy"

This is them doing one of the games at the party.

For our fhe activity we carved pumpkins. The boys loved digging out the inside and getting all gooey. They did a really good job. Jason used a rotary tool to make the faces. It made carving really fast.

We had our fairy and pirate but we couldn't talk Ethan in to being Peter Pan. He was pretty set on being a storm trooper. He is pretty into Star Wars lately.

The boys went trick-or-treating with a group of their friends. When people would open the door they were amazed by the big group of kids standing at the door. Our neighborhood would hand out handfuls of candy. Some people would even give them bags filled with candy to put in their basket. We were about half way done and the boys were getting tired of holding thier buckets. Jason empty them in the bottom of stroller for them. Wow the bucket of the stroller was so full when we got home. It is going to to take us months it finish eating all the treats. But with Jason around I am sure the treats will be gone in no time. I hope everyone had a fun Halloween.
